Went for my self-defense course aka REACT workshop by SIA this morning!! it was fun and i feel that i learn alot today on how to protect ourselves on flight as well as outside. It sure was a good course....

Feeling bored i started clearing my email.....was checking through my email, deleting those very old mails and i chance upon a very old email which i have received. Find it very suitable for people who's bored at home and has finished surfing the internet, checking emails, friendster, facebook etc...
